[RC] National Championship - call for help! - Steph Teeter

Hey all - we're hosting the AERC National Championship this August
(22-26) here in Idaho - it's the first time in the Northwest, and
should be a fun event. It's also FEI but will be pretty low key in
that respect, this is a special AERC event and that's the flavor we
want. Mountain trail, plus desert trail at night for the 100's. We
have dinners, and a dance planned, a hands-on farrier clinic - we
really want to make this a special event.

And we need help! If any of you can come and volunteer it would be
GREATLY appreciated. There are outchecks on the mountain loops and
we'll be pretty spread out, and we need people! Vet scribes,
hospitality, timer helpers, drivers, food giver-outers, water giver-
outers. Drivers (to move people and stuff around) and horse ambulance
drivers and rigs. The outchecks are way out on the mountain, and if
we have to haul a lot of horses back to camp it's going to be a big job.

We can also use people around camp - to help with dinner and happy
hour set up. we have chefs for the entire time, but things like
setting up and cleaning tables and chairs, keeping water, buckets,
sponges, hoses, etc handy for when horses come back to camp. Food and
water for vets and officials, etc. We're having a raffle (lots of
good stuff!), plus a wine/cheese social, dance, dinners, award
ceremonies. I'll make sure all the volunteers are fed well too. we
have a few tents, bunks, so if you want to come but don't have a
camper or trailer let me know.

help!!!!
