Some posters mention that a significant number of their pulls are 
inaccurate and that they have difficulty getting them changed.

I think it may depend on the individual, the ride manager, the 
vet, and perhaps the region. Or even typos in the office.  In my 
case - I've ridden in 4 regions and all my pull codes look correct 
to me.  Some are just bad days and some are dumb mistakes on my 
part...

Some riders have already asked me about how to correct pulls such 
as an RO that really should be a RO-M or RO-L.

Here's an offer to correct some of the pulls that's easy for 
riders and the office.

For pulls that go from lesser to more or different category of RO 
- for example - a RO or RO-L/M that should be really be a L, MB, 
SF, or a RO that should really be RO-L, RO-M - just send  me the 
ride name, date, rider/horse name and I'll consolidate them into a 
single request that the office will do as a background task.

The corrections that are more to lesser are not so easy and I'll 
post on that later.
