Well John, there is your problem. What was Steph's degree in and what was your degree in? Why are you letting her do your arithmetic. The AERC rounds 24 hours per 100 miles prorated to the distance to the nearest 15 minute interval (24*.3 = 7.2 hours rounded = 7:15). There is a cheat sheet in the back of the AERC rules for those that don't want to do the arithmetic.
