Re: [RC] Horse Quencher / EquiTea - sterp

EquiTea is an Alfalfa based product that masks the taste of the water.  Horse Quencher is a grain mix with other flavors and salt.  It makes the water taste good and then the salt stimulates the thirst.  Neither is an electrolyte nor do they play them on TV but for horses that don't like to drink or don't like foreign water this is an option.  I know people with horses that finish muck tubs of the Rootbeer Horse Quencher my mares knock it over and eat the grain out of the bottom of the bucket.

Another list has been asking about the use of Equitea and Horse Quencher to get horses to drink more. (not as any kind of e'lyte)  Anyone use either products and can comment. Both products seem to be hard to find exact ingredients on line from my quick searches.
