[RC] Pulse Rates - Bruce Weary

"ALL horses must pulse down to 60bpm within 30 minutes of completion of each subsequent leg of the ride, including the finish. The entire Veterinary examination takes place at the 30 minute mark in each case, too."
All that and they keep log books too. How DO they do it? Dr Q
