for the eloquently written rebuttal, and also for the work the HWC is
doing! We are seeing differences on the ground, both in riders seeking
help, and in riders mentoring/helping the uninformed. Nothing anyone ever
does will stop the truly inconsiderate jerks, but the efforts ARE reaching the
well-meaning, but inexperienced people.
