RE: [RC] 30 minute rule - Christina McCarthy

Or how about giving even more of an incentive to have the horse pulse down within 30 minutes...additional points  vs the horse that takes 31 minutes for the rest of the 60 minutes?

Any comments other than my own regarding Diane's suggestion that the HR be down within 30 min. however the horse has 60 min. from completion to vet through?   Seems like it could accomplish what both individual rules do not!
