So, they've factored in the amount of time it takes to walk a horse the distance to camp, and have added that to the ride time. So--the time still starts roughly when they reach camp anyway. There ARE solutions to such problems, if one is willing to be creative. Handy, but is that legal? So, you could be 1st with a time of 5:00 and I could be 2nd with a time of 4:50 if I walk back to camp faster?
