I have not made up my mind on this question, or related questions. 
Rather than offering my own opinions based on a limited involvement with 
International rides, I'm reading what others have to say.

I'm already working on putting a couple of other questions before the 
membership in a poll (e.g., weight divisions).  This is another issue 
that IMO should have a poll of the  membership before any action is taken.
