RE: [RC] Mane Taming - Pat and Janett Van NulandI am a bit late on this but my Mustang has a thick
mane. when I was training it to stay on one side I wash and conditioned it( I
like Pantene for a conditioner). then I spray it with a product like Vetrolin or
you can use any detangler, and braid it in 1 inch sections and leave it for a
month or so. I still have trouble with it tangling easy due to wind. I have
tried laser sheen, vetrolin, human products , pretty much most out there. I am
currently diluting show sheen and it seems to be working well, just have to be
careful about how it gets sprayed on the mane or tail. I have owned Appys
before so her mane has been a learning process.
