What is the "red tape" all about?

I can't make a comment about that, as I just bought the boots, and
have not had a chance to try them or deal with customer service at
Easy Care.

But...I was disappointed that I ordered purple or black and Renegade
decided to ship out another color without contacting me first.
Yes..not a big deal. But, you would think that they would have
contacted me first, or......better yet...don't offer a color that will
fade.

Good luck on finding a AANHCP trimmer to buy the boots from. <;]
