If you want an investment, start investing in water. It will be the next scarce resource. There are many rich Texans buying up water rights right now. Check the Wall Street Journal. $1- for a bottle of water that you used to drink for free will become laughable at some time in the future as good water becomes more scarce. I love the beavers at my home in Arkansas because they have created big stores of water for me. And I treasure the spring at the top of my mountain in NY that provides clear spring water for us.
