Efficiency of movement is probably the number one quality to look for in
a distance horse with a willing temper a close second and/or ahead of
it. While white hooves are meaningless.

Conformationally speaking, it is more relevant to look at a horse's back
than its legs, and no metion was made at all of the horse's back.
