I was able to get a frequent fueler card at
Flying J. I haven't tried it yet, but it is supposed to to
allow the regular card to scan. You still have to go inside to sign and
get receipt. I believe that part of the problem is credit card
companies who do not like to have over certain amounts on a card if the person
is not seen and signs something.
I emailed another chain (I think it was Pilot)
and was told that they had no program that I could join.
