No, they didn't. It was a mistake by the media. Visit www.menufoods.com and see the most current press release. 

If you read their March 24 news release...they stated "Menu Foods has
asked all retail outlets to immediately remove all impacted varieties
of wet pet food posted at www.menufoods.com , regardless of the date
code."
