Option 1, call garmin they are good at replacement stuff
Option 2, go to your local jewler, he will probably be able to fix it.

btw, I am currently trying to replace my lost 201 that fell off my wrist during a cold ride when the clasp came loose. I would suggest painting the back side of your watch really bright to make it more likely to find it should it come off in the woods.
