If you do decide to carry, make sure you follow laws and do it safely. While revolvers are relatively safe, firearms carried unprotected in the pocket have accidentally discharged by snagging on something. They have also lead to serious problems when snagging during the draw. Famous bad guy John Wesley Hardin was captured during such an incident. There are a wide array of concealment holsters available. They allow carry in many ways and do increase the safety. The prices vary from $12 to $160. Unfortunately, most gun shops do not carry a good selection. There are web stores that do. Protect yourself, but be safe out there.
