I like the idea of a rock--how about a beautiful crystal of some sort, 
like an amethyst?  The image of permanence and clarity would suit the 
winner's focus on health and long-term outlook.  In fact, I like the 
idea so much I don't want you to take it.  I want to start a ride in 
Oregon right where one can dig up really cool geodes.  Now I know what 
to use for all sorts of awards--cool rocks!
