If there's going to be an under limit, surely they'll decided we need an upper limit. If for no other reason than to not finish behind someone older than they. I say be glad there are children who love to ride, for they are our future. And for those who say there will be no future if the children get hurt, I say this, anyone can get hurt at any time. We can't predict when bad things will happen. But we can stop trying to impose our will on others, just because we THINK we're right.
