Ok, you treated him and you might have to treat him again, 
then put him on neighlox.  There are lots of reasons for
a horse to get ulcers and the majority of endurance horses
have ulcers they just may be asymptomatic.  This is the horse
you have and you need to manage him, I've read your 
previous posts and I believe you like the horse, so I would
get over the seller issue and just manage your horse.  I
too have a horse that is susceptible to showing signs of
ulcers and knock on wood have been very sucessful keeping
her on neighlox.  Look at the prices at KV Vet or Midvalley
Vet Supply.
