==========================================

Put me on the spot, I don't mind. I don't know how many people train to only
do Tevis, & I don't train to only do Tevis. I know there are those that Tevis
is the only ride they do, but I'm not among them. I've never thought of it as
a ride you train for forever. I'm fairly local & ride the trail quite often.
To me isn't as daunting as I'm sure it seems to those from other areas. I
guess that's why I didn't include the ride name in my original post. I really
am just wondering about how long to condition for 100 miles in general. Or
should I say for opinions on how long a horse should be conditioned to complete
100 miles. This of course is barring any & all complications that can arise.
