[RC] bells and squeeky saddles - Jonni

Many riders use bells on saddles to let hunters know they are there, scare the deer before they scare the horse, and to hopefully help find a horse who parts ways with their rider, and runs off into the woods. Maybe even if you do not see the horse, you could hear it jingle. I use one on training rides, but not usually at a competition. I picked up a nice brass bell, that had a good tone. I don't like the cheap Christmas bells that are everywhere during the holidays.

For the rider with the squeaky saddle. I used to flip my western show saddle upside down, and sprinkle baby powder down into all the places I could get the baby powder to go, where it would squeak. Always took the squeak away.
