Don't know who you are, dude, nor do I care, but frankly I have no idea what you're talking about with respect to "real gripe", etc. You're right, this *is* a horse forum, and the proposal to sell off NF lands to add funds to the federal budget (in this case to be used for schools) potentially affects us all...at least those of us who ride on Nat. Forest lands. And as I explained in one of my earlier posts today, it sets a dangerous precedent...the proverbial crack in the dam, so to speak. If you don't see that, then I can't help you. Perhaps you'll figure it out if/when some tracts containing trails you ride on are sold.
