==========================================

In field trials we work the horses pretty hard all winter,unclipped.Yes,they
sweat a great deal,but of course they need that winter coat all the rest of the
time. About the only time I put the New Zealand rug(waxed jute over wool)on my
horse is at a field trial when he is wet,late in the day,with no barn to put
him into.I never use it at home,where he has a barn,free choice.Half the time
he doesn't even go in there.
