Here is a chance for your best horse trailer meal
or drink to be included in a very special presentation at the AERC convention in
San Antonio, and possibly in a cook book! John Parke and I are looking for the best horse trailer made recipes
in the AERC in five categories:
Breakfast
Lunch/snack
Dinner
Dessert
Mixed drinks
There are no rules, but the item must have been
made, or at least served in a horse trailer during an AERC ride weekend.
Embellishments and antidotes are encouraged.
