talk to Cork or Don and get this exactly straight but, you can plug your trailer into 110 (house type plug in) or 20 amp (trailer/rv type plug in) and if the only thing avialable is a 30 amp plug, (this would be what big trailers with microwave/AC etc) would come with, you might could use a converter plug to connect, but most camp grounds where they have 30 amp plugs also have 110 and 20 amps available in the same box. none of this is really 220 that is what you have in your house for clothes dryers, hot water heaters, ovens and furnaces. ... or maybe that is what a 30 amp is but i don't think it's that much power.

Standard RV is 30 amp 110 service. There are adapter plugs for standard 110 outlets. In fact more RV's come with a "pig tail" that you plug into a standard 110 outlet and then plug the three prong 30 amp plug into the other end of the pig tail. You can also get adapter that takes a 110 30 amp outlets to standard 110 outlet.
