Re: [RC] Tevis Discussion - D'Arcy Demianoff-Thompson

Can I just say how great it is to ride all of this
sage advise from those 'in the know' - what an
inspiring bunch of endurance riders. The amount of
knowledge that has been dissimenated on the subject of
starting position, vests, and training has been
invaluable.

Some of this information has been scary and really
makes one reflect if you have the 'right stuff' to do
this or not. Then you continue to read and study the
vets commentaries and you start to see a bit of a
spark of light that just maybe you can!

Thank you, one and all, you are the BEST!

I know more people who have completed Tevis, not by
being "fast," but by
being consistent, having great crews who could get
them through the vet
checks right on time, but who also are blessed with
horses who can do
it.
