Hi Mike
I found a black water tank and low profile toilet to install inside the 
trailer. Keeps the tank from being damaged while driving into the 
ridecamps:-)  Also will prevent from freezing in the winter.
Makes no difference if it is inside or out.
Lots of choices to choose from. The one I am getting is about 22" wide can't 
remember how long and 6 inches , deep. Works perfect into my inside design.

I talked about this with the guy at the local RV shop. He has done maintance 
and repair for over 30 years. He is going to install it for me.
