[RC] Anyone with stenosis in their back? - mary

I have to let anyone that has stenosis in their back know about the new surgery for stenosis.  It is called X-Stop surgery and is also known as titanium bullet surgery. They place a piece of titanium between your 2 vertebrae's so you will have no pressure on the sciatic nerve.  I had it done October 30th and am able to ride already.  It is done under a local and it done as out surgery. I have no pain and am able to stand and walk like normal.  No ouchiness when riding now.
