RE: [RC] Blood Glucose for Horses - Don Huston

Yes, I thought it was low and I have a new bottle of test strips with a new calibration number but still get readings in the 60's on all 3 horses. The strips and meter are designed for people so is that a problem? Is there a meter and strips designed for horses? Does it matter where on the horse's body you get the blood? Thanks for any info.
