I am allergic to corn and a ton of other things.

I think plain water along with a part of a banana on occasion
works for me on long rides ....

I also pack a sandwich with lots of lettuce, totally sprouted
grains (any unsprouted grains I cannot eat), and some
protein, and some vegis.   Occasionally cheese too but
I try to stay away from that for the most part.

I find that eating regular normal food that is not at all
processed in small amounts work well for my body.
