[RC] Hoof Supplements Revisited - Dream Weaver

I give all my horses an all around supplement each day that has biotin in it, plus selenium-- it's all in one and simple and easy and I they'll eat it (pellet form) by itself tho I usually put it in a cup of complete feed for them. It's made by Horse Guard and I think it's called Mega Dose.

There has been published research on the use of biotin. It does help.

Keep up with regular trims. If the hoof has a tendency to flare or chip it will help a lot to keep up with that yourself with a rasp.
