[RC] OT-Big win for horses in the House! - Erick Larson
The local Shelbyville,
TN paper had an article a few
days ago about this bill. It seems the trainers of TWH are opposed to the
bill. Why? Well, buried in the same bill that outlaws slaughter of
horses for human consumption is an increase in funding for the USDA inspectors
from the current $500,000 per year to $5,000,000 per year. Hhhmmm…
some days you can’t win for losing.
