Re: [RC] generator power - Steven Proe

Hi Dawn:

On the side of your generator or in the manual and there should be a sticker that describes the capacities of your generator.

I have the 1850 Coleman Portable that will power in what is called (STARt-UP Mode) supply 1,850 watts and a continious 1,500 watt out-put.

you will have to check the Water Heater for the same type of sticker information and then use the second web page to make the conversation.

Hope this Helps
Steven

Subject: [RC] generator power

Can a Honda 2000 watt portable generator power a 13,500 BTU a/c in an LQ?  Also can it power a 6 gallon electric water heater?  I figure some of you guys would know!

Thanks!
Dawn
