how about  - (Some) Owners require body guards to accompany them. You let the 
owner in and the body guards just muscle on through.  (and the body guards 
can'be be crew guys too b/c of their earJacks and guns and stuff!) 

Best to keep those Owners in their box seats where they belong!!
