It would be a good idea to have your horse thoroughly checked by either your veterinarian or by making an appointment at the closest Veterinarian College. Tell them what you are experiencing, that you don't think it is a tack issue and that your horse has been a good boy up until quite recently. Say you want to rule out any physical changes, especially his vision AND hearing, before deciding that it is a behavioral problem.Good luck with your boy.
