Re: [RC] I call it "Equizac".... - Chris Paus

For people with clinical depression, Equizac isn't enough. Yes, it helps to hug a horse, but when you're in the black hole of true depression, it's hard to find joy in anything, even horses.

Today, with the help of meds, I'm enjoying life and hugging and riding horses daily and finding joy in them again.

For those poor depressed souls who have had to resort to Prozac and other

I prefer to ward off that insidious problem with regular doses of long rides
and nuzzles..in fact my Doc son lifted his head an whinneyed LOUDLY tonight
when I went out to feed...I call that EQUIZAC.....LARGE DOSES PRN!
