Re: [RC] [RC-Digest] Vol: 03.4019 jumping accidents - Chipnml

I've worked with alot of hunter/jumper/combined training/foxhunting people, and have done a fair bit of jumping myself in the olden days (sigh!).  A calm, talented rider can do wonders for a nervous horse, and a high-strung ancy rider can make the best horse refuse any jump.  As with any discipline in the horse world, it's a team effort!  I've seen more crashes in which a rider lacks the confidence to pass on to their horse than ones where a rider is simply reckless.
