[RC] Excessive Heat and Cooling (hopefully) - Sheila_Larsen

I finally saw someone who mentioned misters, one of my horses was standing
under the sprinkler the other day. Of course I am NOT amused when they
manage to put the rainbird sprinkler head length wise under their jaw so
the water cools them under their jaw. One of my horses has a very thick
mane and I have been thinking of loosely braiding it because she sweats
underneath. Hosing them off seems like a good idea and from what I said
previously maybe there is something to getting them wet under their jaw.
Fly sheets which are supposed to make them 10 degrees cooler if the ads are
to be believed. Let's see supposed to be 110 today in Sacramento.
