RE: [RC] TB Racing, Soundness, Speed, Hooves - Kristen A Fisher

Most if not all European tracks are turf so dirt racing is very foreign [pun
intended] to them. And they also go the other way around the track FWIW ;-)

Arabians are not allowed to race until they are 3. I am not sure if this is
calendar 3 or Jan 3

Are there any statistics for breakdowns on the European and
British tracks?
And what percentage of their tracks are turf or dirt?

Ok, another question, also, Arabians are raced, but I "think"
they are not allowed to race until they are 4. I could be
wrong here, but my Arabian was raced here in Colorado, long
before I owned him, and he was 4. Does anyone know if they
start at 3, or 4?
