Re: [RC] setting records - Truman Prevatt

Back in '94 on the OD from hell, I remember at Hickory Hollow craving a Big Mac. I have probably only eaten two of those gross things in my life but I had to have one. All the sports drinks, power bars, etc. forget it I wanted fat and protein! I wanted "real food." Yes I know I must have been delusional. I sent my son in law (my daughter drug him along to crew for me) out to get me one. Of course he had to drive to who know where to find one. At the next check he had it. It was cold and you could see the grease on it. How gross but YUM - nothing ever tasted so good.

I normally eat light when I am out working in the heat. If I eat anything heavy it takes me awhile to recover. If I eat a lot of sugar, I'm out for a nap. So much for "carbo loading" on me.

could work forever. I thought about Kat's sugar boost & glycogen, etc.
Weird thing though, I wanted cabbage soup (hot) for lunch. It was very
light...does that mean I wanted beet pulp? >G<
