Re: [RC] Beet Pulp - Sisu West Ranch

Last week we switched pastures. Many of the grasses had gone to seed since they horses had last been in it. They spent the first day munching the tops off of the grass to get the seeds.

Since I will be baling essentially the same grass next week, I expect my hay to be rather high starch also.

We typically have hot days and cool nights. That is also supposed to increase sugar in grass. I know it does make it hard to get Tomatoes to ripen, but that is another problem.
