[RC] re electric fencing - Karen Bratcher

There's a great catalog available from premier1supplies.com.  The catalog is worth having just for the detailed illustrations on how to set up each type of fence, for those like me who are electrically-impaired.  One suggestion they have re the wide tape is to twist it two or three half turns between each support stake, which equalizes the wind pressure above and below the tape and keeps it from whipping so badly, fraying and stretching.

They give examples of what types of fence to use for temporary, semi-permanent, and permanent barriers, for horses, goats, sheep, cattle, and wildlife problems.
