Given that we now know the decision to can Mr Johnson was NOT made by the 
High Performance Endurance Committee but rather by "USEF management", who
Mr Preiz (sic) is becomes a moot point (moot - that's legalese for "doesn't 
mean crap").  Turns out Mr Arthur W Priesz Jr is a current paid AERC member 
#6198.  The only person on the committee who is NOT a current AERC member, 
according to AERC info on the Internet, is Mr Edward E Emerson Jr.
