[RC] Question for female riders - Jennifer Adam

Hi - I'm sorry to ask this as I'm sure the topic has probably been discussed ad nauseum already, but I'm fairly new to ridecamp and need to ask again: how do you prevent irritation to sensitive female areas on long rides?? I was afraid I just had bad posture in the saddle after riding bareback so much and not having lessons for a while, but I took a couple of lessons to refresh myself and the instructor says my posture is good. She gave me some tips about seat savers, etc...but I was wondering how you can stay comfortable on a horse for 100 miles???
Thanks - and sorry if I'm repeating the question!
Jen
