Thanks for doing this leg work.  The response I reeived from my house 
Rep & Senator Byrd from WV was that the bill was stuck in committee 
(for some time) and that he had no influence over the bill until it 
came out of committee.

You're right - encourage these good people to act on the bill & get it 
out to the legislative body.
