Re: [RC] 100's - Truman Prevatt

I've said this before and to those that have listened, you can delete now, as there is nothing new here.
We talk about training and gearing up for 100's like its some mystical goal of the ultimate. In fact, its just another level of pain, and in todays society, people want the gain without the pain.

That is one of the most honest assessments I have seen. It is yet another level of pain. It's going on when you would rather not. It's reaching down and finding something extra to leave the vet check when you could call it a day. There is no magic potion that will help. It is the desire to do it and the guts to make it happen. If you don't want to endure the pain, don't sign up for a100. However, if you want to experience a high that you have never experience before on horse back then you want to do a 100. However, it doesn't come free. The last free lunch you got was from you momma.

What it takes is determination, common sense, and a willingness and Faith, to step....Over the Edge. And float to places you never been before.

Amen

Truman
