[RC] CRPS - Bruce Weary DC

Lori--
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome is a new name for what used to be known as RSD, or Refles Sympathetic Dystrophy. The new name does not, however impky any greater understanding of this baffling condition. It is basically a pain syndrome that often occurs after trauma or surgery that is apparently driven by the nervous system. The nervous system, contrary to popular belief, does have certain healing abilities, and apparently that process can sometimes go awry. New nerve endings can form that can cause a vicious cycle and perpetuate pain signals. The sympathetic system may be involved, which may interefere with tissue feeding and healing. The nervous system, as well as the blood system, "feeds" tissue. This is why tissue atrophies after the nerve supply is cut, even though blood continues to reach that body part.
You're problem is probably not solely an inflammation problem, but the Wobenzym couldn't hurt. And it does not contain any glucosamine. By the way, there are several "knock-off" brands of enzyme formulations out there. Wobenzyme is the best, and the industry standard. I would use it and no other. Dr Q
