[RC] Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan al Nahyan (UAE) files an appeal - k s swigart

for Sport (CAS) which had disqualified him as the winner

My money says that the Swiss Federal Supreme Court will refuse to hear
the appeal.  Any takers?
