Re: [RC] rear leg swelling/not lame - Diane Trefethen

Vet was just out- inconclusive! Says riding should be ok because no pain,
no heat, not lame. The swelling is in the extensor tendon area...Any
ideas, should I get the horse ultra sounded? Thanks
Is your vet an experienced Endurance vet? If yes, worry. If no, forget it and ride because it's almost certainly just wind puffs. An ultrasound for windpuffs would totally be overkill.
